1. Do I have to get certified to conduct any kind of counselling services?
Counselling services are supposed to be administered by qualified professionals in the relevant areas. Qualification does not mean all about any certification. It must be authentic, genuine and properly trained by quality trainers with experience in relevant areas. Also for some of the counselling services, person must be qualified as per the legal norms too. For example, clinical psychology practice has to be conducted by an RCI licensed person in the relevant area. Qualified professionals with assessed quality of knowledge and skills are preferred everywhere in this profession. Definitely a professional certification achieved from a well reputed institute will honour your profession the most as per the regulations or else it will even be an illegal activity as per the Mental Health Act. Similarly general counselling, career counselling, admission counselling etc are also supposed to be administered by properly trained persons to ensure the clients are not getting any harm in their personal, emotional, physical, financial or social life ahead.
2. What is the registration category of ISCHS?
International School of Counselling and Holistic Studies- ISCHS (Previously known as Indian School of Counselling and Healing Studies) is certified and registered as an academic MSME under Govt of India (Reg No :- UDYAM-KL-12-0001642) and authorised to conduct research and experimental development on social science, natural science, engineering and humanities, programs on higher education leading to a degree or equivalent in management courses, cultural education, academic tutoring services and educational support services for developing as well as certifying on various skills. It does not come under the category of university, elementary schools and finishing schools.
ISCHS is registered under Central Ministry of Labour and Employment (Govt of India) as an autonomous skill provider institute for various counselling skill program and certifications. Many organizations limit the participant enrolment to their certification program by certain academic qualifications as entry requirement though the certificates are not university accredited ones . These are just a paper documented logic and practically we have found many participants who are possessing high calibre of skills without even a paper degree. Hence our programs are open to anyone who would like to build their personal excellence and maintain standards of learning utility. However there are requirements of basic understanding in terms of communication through verbal and written skills for each course listed in the program description. Also for some programs, the skills of participants needed to be assessed before enrolment which are not based on certificates. In such cases the participants have to attend and pass the eligibility examinations or tests.
All the programs conducted by ISCHS are open to public who are interested to learn and develop skills in those specific areas. At the same time, our corporate training events are limited only to working professionals recommended by the corporate management. However the achievements of certification post training need to ensure the eligibility criteria of individual participants through various assessments and evaluation modes conducted time to time as part of the program curriculum. Failing in those assessments may lead to reject the certification by ISCHS to the fellow participant.

Classroom durations are mentioned in the program calendar for each course. Anyhow, in some programs such as psychometric test and counselling skills, participants are suggested to submit a practical report within a given time to get certified. If the program is purely classroom based one, then the training will be completed within the exact number of classroom hours and certification will happen on completion of assessments along with it. If the program has multiple or outside classroom assessments, then the certification will be completed based on the submission and successful verification of submitted reports.
All courses of ISCHS are designed for ensuring the maximum best learning support to the participants. The contents are designed by well experienced trainers on each program. The certifications and licenses issued to the candidate post programs are from ISCHS, our affiliates including International career counsellors' club organisation and our learning technology partners only. 18. Do I have to get certified to conduct career counselling programs?

19. What are the kind of career counselling segments available?
Career counselling is used for school students, graduates, working professionals, recruiters and Job-after-retirement seekers majorly. However this profession even cater in subject as well as stream selection process, higher studies, comprehensive career planning and study abroad opportunities. It has diverse topics to learn in depth just like any other science stream with sub categories.
20. Do we have to get certified for every topic separately?
The basic career theories and psychometric tests are common for all the category of standard as well as scientific career counselling practices. The process for school students’ career counselling approach would be different from an engineering stream selector process. Similarly the counselling process of a job after job requirement would be different from a career counselling process for study abroad requirements. So it is suggested to have in-depth knowledge in each of the streams depending on the professional goal from your career counselling certification. For example the learning process for a 11th standard subject selection counselling will not be matching to a study UK counselling process and hence specific training certification for specific category is highly recommended.
21. Do we have to use psychometric test for career counselling?
Psychometric tests are the most reliable tools to identify your counselee’s traits, skills and interests in deciding the career path and there is no better method available than using psychometric tools for this purpose. Hence every career counselling certification by ISCHS has integrated different psychometric test tool practices too in it.
22. Do we have to get psychometric test certification to do career counselling?
Since the participants learn the essential and relevant psychometric test tools in the certification programs, it is unnecessary to have any other psychometric certification for the career counselling administration.
23. Do participants get certificate in psychometric test also after participating in career counselling certification program?
There are various kinds of psychometric tests available across world and each of the test focus on specific measuring purpose. Career counselling training will use the psychometric tests relevant for career counselling administration only. Hence the participants will get certification in career counselling and not in psychometric testing. However participant can join for psychometric test professional program separately where participants can learn various kinds of psychometric tools for multiple purpose.
24. Can a person conduct professional career counselling to individuals after getting certified from ISCHS?
Our two career counselling certifications – Certified International Career Counselling Professional (CICCP) and Certified Career Counsellor Cum Career Coach (C5) will help certified participants to conduct career counselling as an independent professionals. After completion of any of the above 2 programs, participant can independently start career counselling as profession. However if the participant is looking for stepping into career counselling for foreign studies or study abroad activities, there is a separate certification program called Certified Career Counsellor in Foreign Studies (C3FS) is highly recommended.
25. What are the government accreditations do ISCHS certifications have?

26. What are the other accreditations and recognitions do ISCHS certifications have?
ISCHS programs in career counselling skills are accredited by International career counsellors' club (Membership ID- ICMICIN1912102) and Certification in career counselling by ISCHS will give certified participants the eligibility to become a globally recognized member by International career counsellors' club. Also we are certified with ISO 9001:2015 (Certification No- 031019019102 Dated-03-Oct-2019) for International career counselling certification and licensing by United Accreditation Foundation (UAF). Career development professionals from 24 different countries working across the world in various career development activities as of now through schools, colleges, universities, private organizations and NGOs after getting certified from ISCHS.
27. Whether ISCHS certificate will be equal to any university graduation or post-graduation?
ISCHS does not issue any university graduation or post-graduation certificate in career counselling. The certificate issuing body is the autonomous institute- International School of Counselling and Holistic Studies- ISCHS (Previously known as Indian School of Counselling and Healing Studies). ISCHS certifies individuals as certified career counsellors only after screening, training, assessment and capability evaluation through the global standard training and certification process. Any certificate from ISCHS will be issued only after the successful completion of all the process as per the standard procedures and guidelines of the institute published time to time.
28. Will I be eligible for higher studies with the certificate from ISCHS?
Our certificate will be definitely an add on qualification for the certified participants. However, the certificate from ISCHS will not serve as a graduate or post-graduate certificate for higher studies.
29. Will I be eligible to become a school counsellor with the certificate from ISCHS?
ISCHS certificate will help you to become a school career counsellor as freelancer or even as on-role employed one. However schools may even look for the candidates many times with a post-graduation or MPhil or PhD in topics like education, subject, language, psychology etc. along with this certification. If school is looking for a general counsellor, the candidate must be from psychology background as the person has to deal with behavior related areas more in profession than career development segment. In short, to become a school career counsellor, ISCHS certification is enough if you are a post-graduate, but to become a school counselor you should have minimum post-graduation in psychology.
30.Whether I will get any job offer or business from ISCHS after this certification?
We do not offer any job or business leads from our side to the participants. We have many thousands of certified career development professionals at various locations and we support all of them by promoting time to time in various modes. Also whenever any enquiry comes from any particular location, we will share the leads to our Certified career counsellors to help their business goals. As an institute following ethical values, we do not give any fixed count or assurance of business volume as we are not into selling or trading activities. Also we do not charge anything from any of our experts, whenever we share leads to them at any point of time.

33. Do I get psychometric tools along with this certification?
Yes. All the certified participants will get an integrated career counselling tool package which includes psychometric tools, CRM, career library, landing web page, 3 types of career suitability reports, unlimited test hosting server support, free career suitability report generation support and login credentials for client management through CRM with customization support.
34. Will it be in my personal brand or ISCHS branded tool?
The integrated career counselling tool package given to the participants will be in their own brand name with their logo, contact details including email ID as well as contact number. Participants can customize the content in the landing page and keep whole control of the assessments taken through their personal branded tool.
35. Whether the tool provided need any annual renewal charges?
There is no renewal charges to be paid for the tool or hosting or even taking assessment.
36. What is the validity and duration of the assessment tools given?
The validity of assessment tools will remain for 5 years and after 5 years it will be automatically renewed as per the policies of the expiry time. The recurring validity is kept for 5 years to ensure that we may help the counsellor to upgrade easily with new technologies if required time to time. Also we consider the security upgrades as per the IT act issued by government accordingly. However the participants need not to pay anything until and unless any charges get imposed by government at any time in future for web services in India or any other country where the tool is being used.
37. Do I have to pay anything for assessment and reports?
There are no charges for conducting assessments in the platform. The tool provided can have unlimited number of assessment hosting. Also there are no charges for career suitability test and suitability test report generation. However there would be OTP required to generate the detailed report for which you have to buy OTPs accordingly.
38. What is OTP ( One time passcode)?
OTP is an alpha numeric code used to activate the report generation in the psychometric test platform.
39. How many OTPs I need for one candidate’s report generation?
For one assessment needs only one OTP . User can generate unlimited number of reports for all the career streams using single OTP to single assessment. For example John has completed one assessment for his graduation stream selection career counselling. user need to use only one OTP to generate reports from that assessment for any of the available career options from the list with unlimited validity and unlimited number of times report generation.
40. How many OTP’s I need to buy at a time?
You can buy from a minimum of 5 to 5000 OTPs at a time depending on your needs. The subscription fee for OTP's varies depending on the count.
41. How will we receive the OTPs?
It will be transferred to your CRM from our IT or support team as per your request.
42. What is the validity period of an OTP?
Ideal validity of an OTP is unlimited and you can use it at any time for any assessment. However one OTP can be used for one assessment only.
43. What if I punch the OTP to a report by mistake? Will it be recoverable?
No. Once the OTP is punched it will activate the report immediately and cannot be recovered as unused anymore.
44. How much would be the cost of an OTP?
The cost of OTP offered to our associates are very nominal and as lower as possible. Ideally single OTP subscription cost 10 USD and once the counsellors get certified, they may get special subscription schemes as well. 45. How much I can charge from my client for a career counselling service ?.
It depends on various factors including the cost of the counselling service utilities like time, venue, supports offered, features given, socio economic type of the city where you conduct, other expenses and number of clients per day. Ideally a quality career counselling service will be costing around 2500 to 7500 rupees in major cities of India. However this can go up and down depending on multiple factors. You will be trained about costing methods during the certification training.
46. Do I have to pay any annual charges for renewal of my certificate validity?
No. Participants have the certificates with life time validity. They have to pay nothing to continue the credentials.
47. Do I get an entitling certificate after the program or is it just a participation certificate provided?
As mentioned in previous questions, we follow the standard process of certification with evaluation and assessments to every participant in person. Hence in all our career counselling certification programs, we provide the certificate with proper entitlement only so that the certified participant will be eligible to use the same title professionally further from the certification date. We do not provide any participation certificates to candidates in career counselling programs since participation certificates are considered as professionally invalid at most of the places while coming to verification needs for job roles as career counsellor.
48. What are the difference between CICCP and C5 certifications?
CICCP is a classroom training program and C5 is an online 1-to-1 mentor lead online program. In both the programs, the basic learning outlines match very much. However the evaluation, assessment methods and applicability has differences in both program. There would be flexibility in learning time for C5 certification training and CICCP programs are usually conducted in fixed time schedules only. Another major difference in CICCP programs are the international norms, methods and regulations also will be covered during the training as the certified counsellors are expected to be with the quality as well as awareness to work professionally across the world.
C5 will certify participant as a licensed career counsellor and CICCP will certify participant to work globally as international career counsellor. In CICCP the assessment pattern is based on practical evaluation with simulation and trainer confirmation to ensure that the student is eligible to be certified as international career counsellor. Also CICCP has the applicability in global scenario and outline has focus towards same aspect.
49. I am already certified as a career counsellor from another institute. Can I upgrade to C5 or CICCP from ISCHS in such cases?
Yes. Individuals certified by other organizations can also upgrade themselves to C5 as well as to CICCP with same features provided the aspiring candidate has to match the criteria to get upgraded to the entitlement.
50. What are the procedure after application to upgrade myself to CICCP or C5 from ISCHS if I am already Certified by other institutes?
For both the upgradation the candidate has to attend an online objective test. If the candidate is achieving the minimum required score, the candidate can apply for the next process of certification. For CICCP certification upgradation the candidate should have an experience of minimum 10 career counselling session in past 6 months with minimum of 50% excellent rating from counselees.
51. What is the minimum score required to get upgraded/qualified to C5 or CICCP certification?
The candidate has to attend a final qualifying examination on the subject which is conducted online with MCQ model. The student has to get minimum 70% of score if it is first attempt.
52. What if I cannot score the minimum score in the examination?
You can attend the exam 2 more times if you have scored less than 70%. In such case the second attempt will be qualified only if the score achieved is 80% and third attempt will be qualified only if the score achieved is 90%.
53. What If the candidate doesn’t qualify in the third attempt too?
If the candidate is not able to pass the examination, we would suggest the candidate to attend our training and attend the exam again to get certified.
54. What are the other requirements for upgradation to C5 or CICCP?
For C5 once the student is passed the examination, the candidate has to submit the copy of relevant documents for qualification, personal verification etc. Post verification, the candidate has to submit the reference documents for client experience feedback (Applicable only for CICCP upgradation). The feedback will be verified by our experts to confirm the quality of counselling provided. The next step is to sign the pledge of code of conduct of counsellor to International Career Counsellors’ Club. Once all the process has successfully completed, the certificate will be issued.
55. Whether there will be any training provided for upgraded candidates?
Yes. All the upgraded candidates will be provided by an online training session on career counselling assessment tool package for their practical exposure.
56. Whether upgraded candidates get the tools and hand holding supports?
Yes. All the certified counsellors via upgradation are eligible to get the features and supports same the regular certified counsellors are getting.
57. Will any of the certificate in career counselling can be upgraded?
We are very clearly focusing on ensuring the quality of career counselling certification given by us and hence we are very closely monitoring all the upgradation requests reaching us. Out of all requests coming to us from various locations, we found that only 60% of requests are eligible to get admission for qualification examination. There are list of counselling certifications and institutes whose certification can be upgraded to C5 or CICCP. There are some under-standard courses and black listed institutes from various parts of world and certificate from those courses and programs cannot be upgraded under this scheme. 58. Can I get upgraded to C5 and CICCP together?
You can get upgraded both together if you have experience of minimum of 10 practical career counselling sessions in last 6 months (Counted back from the date of application) out of which at-least 50% client should have given excellent rating. If you are eligible for CICCP you can upgrade it as combination with same examination process.
59. Do I have to pay fee for applying for eligibility examination?
Yes. There would be a nominal fee for administration process which will be non-refundable. However it will be adjusted against your certification fee once you are getting qualified for certificate upgradation.
60. What are the fee schemes for upgradation?

61. Whether fee for students from India and abroad is same?
Fee structure for foreign students are slightly different. For more information on fee structure, please contact us to info@ischs.in mentioning your existing certification details, country name etc.
62. Can we upgrade to Certified career counsellor in foreign studies (C3FS) ?
There is a partial upgradation available for this program to the CICCP or C5 certified career counsellors. However the core topics’ learning has to be completed by the participants attending our sessions which would be lesser in duration than the regular program duration. Post completion of training, the participant has to attend an online examination and attain the minimum eligibility score to get the final certification.
63. What is the duration of Certified career counsellor in foreign studies (C3FS) program?
The regular classroom programs are of 3 days duration and upgradation would be for 1 day. In both the cases, student has to attend the examination and score the minimum eligibility score to get certified.
Yes. We do provide the printed course materials to the participants depending on the kind of program. For some programs we provide E-Resources also as course materials.
Our most of the classroom programs are usually limited for maximum 12 -15 participants per batch to get the best individual attention throughout the program. Once we reach the count of admission, we accept intake of participants only for new batch on different date. Our intake confirmation will be based on first come first serve mode.
Once we announce the Calendar, you can pre-book your seat for the program participation. Pre-booking can be done by making payment of 20 percentage of the course fee. Pre-booking without making payment is not available in any case. We allocate seats based on first come first serve basis. We do not process refund in any case once the program has been booked. However, if the participant informs us about the non-availability caused by some genuine and valid reasons before 72 hours of program scheduled date, the participant can join to next batch for the same program according to our calendar. If participant fails to attend in more than 2 given chances, the entire payment has to be made again to participate in another batch for the program.
If the participant informs the unavailability within less than 36 hours before program scheduled date or fails to informs us about unavailability, there will be no carry forward option and no refund in any case. In such cases, participant has to repay the full amount to attend in another batch for same program. Also, the fee structure followed will be according to the revised structure if any. There will be no refund of fee in any case once the participant has joined the program and discontinue for any reason.
We will intake groups to join our program. There will be terms and conditions about billing, head-count etc in the case of groups or sponsored individuals. Contact us through info@ischs.in for more details regarding this.
We do not encourage program recording at any point of time until and unless officially permitted by ISCHS to do so. Recording without permission in any form such as audio or video will be considered as violation of code of conduct and participation. The eligibility to get certified will be terminated in such cases.
Yes. If you have completed the program and submitted the practical assignment report(If any) successfully on time, you will be assessed before certification. Once you are as eligible for certification after validation, you will be issued with ISCHS endorsement . Once you are allocated with certificate and serial number of certification, you can furnish it as an achievement in certification section of your CV. Also we will officially validate and respond to the employer about the authenticity of your certification in case they contact us to know more.
In most cases, your certificates will be issued by us soon on successful completion of the program. For some programs which requires the submission of practical assignment submission, certification will be issued after evaluation of candidate.
Few programs including psychometric test professional certification, certified counsellor programs etc. will be awarded only after evaluation of submitted assignments. Organizational representatives or trainers will inform you the process in detail about this time to time.
For programs which you need to submit practical reports from outside the classroom activities, we give a comfortable and realistic duration for submission of reports. However, if candidate fails to submit the report on time due to some genuine reason, ISCHS will give extension period for submission of assignments considering it a special case. This will be one time opportunity which will not be beyond 30 days from the day of extension permitted officially. Also in such cases candidate has to pay an additional assessment evaluation fee to ISCHS for evaluation and certification process. You can ask your trainer to get more details.
Inform us as soon as possible through email to support@ischs.in along with the details for re-issuing the certificate. There will be some nominal charges to be paid for reissuing certificates in such cases for printed versions. Reissue of e-Certificates with QR Code authentication has no fee.
We accept DD, cheque, online transfer, wallet transfer and card payments according to the convenience of people. However, payment through card will be charged additional 2.36% of the course fee extra as transaction fee if the gateway demands.
We have GSTN certification from GOI on all applicable services as per the GST terms prescribed by Govt. of India from time to time. All such invoices will have GST component included in it. Contact us to clarify if you have any query regarding same. If you have a GSTN, we request you to mention the details along with payment to get a GST invoice for claiming GST. However, there are non-GST components where you might not be paying GST but may avail tax exemptions under section 80G of Indian IT act.
The usual duration of classroom course will be between 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM which includes 2 short breaks of 15 minutes and one lunch break of 45 minutes. Most of our classroom programs are conducted on weekends if those are of the duration upto 1 to 3 days. Contact our program coordinators to know more details about concerned event timings.
We are moving towards Green Signature Certification by 2025. Hence, we strongly encourage people to use e-Certificate with QR code authentication to reduce the usage of paper and to save trees. Still you wish to receive the physical printed certificates to your address, an email confirmation of address required to be sent by the person with his registered email ID, address to deliver, student registration number and contact number to support@ischs.in.
For personal endorsement in our portal, we request you to submit a passport size photo in soft copy format to our email ID along with the contact number, email ID and name to be mentioned.
As per the international standard, we request you to verify your Identity of Name by any specific ID proof before get approved as verified member in portal. You can submit any photo ID proof issued by the governing bodies of the country of residence in which your name is written clearly. You can use scanned copy of Passport, Aadhaar, PAN card, Voter ID, Driving License etc. Membership will be kept as unverified until you submit the document through email on support@ischs.in.
For existing verified members, it is unnecessary to submit any of the documents until and unless they want to change their name, address or contact details in our online or offline records.
In special cases like payment gateway integration and SMS platform addition, you may be requested to submit some documents to our technical channel partners as per the guidelines given by Govt of India, RBI and TRAI accordingly. Also there may be one time integration charges for same.
Those who are completing the programs with ISCHS will be automatically affiliated to ISCHS as the associate. They can use the accreditation logo in their programs listed by ISCHS. We are giving invaluable additional supports to our associates and connect to us to know more information.
You can practice as an independent practitioner under the title/heading in which we have certified you until unless the local government or legal authorities issued or published or declared any specific qualification criteria, regulatory law(s) or guidelines under the specific title to practice in the particular location or nation.( Ref NCAHCP act 2021 for mental health professionals in India). Also, you have to check and adhere to the local/national rules by government for shops act, GST registration, PAN registration etc accordingly if you have plan to run a business. A chartered accountant or legal consultant can help you better in such guidance.
ISCHS will let you use the materials under the copyright terms and conditions if you are associated with ISCHS. Once you sign the agreement of association, you can use the materials as long as the contract is valid.
Our full day training workshops are usually between the time of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM as per the local time. We request participants to be present at the venue atleast 15 minutes before the program starting time. Late arrival will not be entertained and may lead to disqualification of participants.

We do not conduct any clinical, rehabilitation, de-addiction, therapies or special education certification programs. Our counselling skill programs including ADCS, IGDACS etc are to sharpen the general counselling skills and not for any clinical counselling activities. Hence our certifications are not coming under any RCI regulatory schemes.
Our counselling skill programs are valid and we have registered under NCS (Govt of India) as skill provider for the counselling skill programs including training for Career & Guidance Counselor (Code -205), Family & Marriage Counselor (Code -204), Corporate Counsellor (Code -209), Child & Adolescent Counselor (Code -203), Trauma & Disaster Management Counselor (Code -208), Positive Health & Well Being Counselor (Code -202) and Assistant Counselor (Code -101). After completion of counselling courses from us, individual can practice counselling as individual expert if the legal regulations of the country of practice is allowing the individual to do it as per their qualifications. For example, to conduct a clinical counselling, you need to have a legal qualification as a clinical psychologist with RCI license in India. To practice as a counselling psychologist, the graduation and post graduation in psychology is required. To conduct therapeutical activities, clinical counselling, clinical assessments, rehabilitation activities, de-addiction counselling and special education needs, the individual must be a certified psychologist as per the Government norms. Any kind of counselling diploma programs are not adequate for such practices.
Yes. You can practice as an individual professional career counsellor after getting certified from us. However if government of the geographical region changes or enforce any norms time to time, you are bound to follow those regulations. For example, if you have to register your business to conduct the counselling activities in a place as per law, you must follow the regulations. Also shop acts, tax laws and other essential norms are applicable for individual to follow.
To become a school counsellor, you must pursue the prescribed qualifications which are usually a post graduation or above in psychology or related subjects and our certifications are not to qualify you as a psychologist or Master degree holder in psychology. If you want to practice as a career counsellor in a school, our certifications are enough for that until unless there is a specific qualification mentioned in notifications.
Our programs are on skill development and we do not certify any individual as psychologist through our courses. To practice as a psychologist, you need to be qualified through the bachelors, masters and PhD or equal terminologies in psychology or related topics. Also, the professional shall register under RCI or NCAHCP in India with necessary qualifications mentioned in the act. ISCHS does not provide any RCI/ NCAHCP licensing coursesw to permit the student to practice as psychologyst of therapist or healthcare practtioner as of now.
Our counselling courses will definitely sharpen your skills to work and practice as a counsellor. However to practice the CBT or clinical counselling or clinical assessments, you must be qualified as a clinical psychologist approved by RCI and also you must have sufficient hours of relevant practices too. We do not certify particiapants as clinical counsellors, CBT practitioner or clinical assessors through our programs.
Yes. We issue co-branded subdomain based platforms with your brand name, logo, contact details etc for your career counselling practices. You will have the login credentials, dashboard and control on it for necessary changes too.
The question is much significant as there are plenty of un-professional or semi professional certifications available in the market which will issue certificates to everyone who ever pays for it irrespective of quality or assessment checks. A professional career counselling has it's own steps and practices which will take on and average of 50-60 hours minimum for every person including the assessments, projects, evaluation, practicals and knowledge sharing. The difference will be visible in the quality of the career counselling, establishment chances, client feedback or even in client acquisition as well.
There are three circumstances under which ISCHS may stop providing the services to the candidates. First one is under special circumstances such as notice issued by government or law-enforcement agencies or court orders ISCHS may stop issuing the services and supports including the trainings, platform services and certifications. Second one is under the reporting of cases on candidate including code of conduct violations, illegal activities, anti-national activities, child labour, human trafficking, sexual harassments, child -right violations and criminal back grounds as per the laws of the land. Also there are rights with ISCHS for stopping the certification allocation if the candidate fails to get qualified on the certification criteria such as examinations, project completions or other academic certifications if any under the category of specific programs.
No. None of the services availed in the past from us before the name change and policies we have maintained will remain valid and accepted as it was earlier. Also the publications and endorsement will get auto-migrated to new digital spaces if anything is required. We suggest you to mention the new name for better clarification in your CV's and profile pages hereafter.
Yes. There are annual maintenance charges if you subscribe the student dashboard feature. If you do not want to subscribe CRM and landing page, there will not be any subscription charges. However, we have introduced the one time subscription charges for counsellors to avail dashboard features and you can reach the support desk to know more. This is not valid for white labelled solutions. Please contact support desk to know about white label schemes.
We do not offer any universty equivalent titles or equivalency certificates. Our programs are purely focussed on skill development and we do not offer any of the universty streams.
If the student does not respond within the specified duration after the email allocation of admission offer or student ID allocation, the admission offer will become invalid without further notice. There will not be any kind of followup from admission desk at any point of time to any individual students at any case. If there is no valid update from the student received to us after allocation of admission letter, the student will not eligible to enrol for the admission later. In case the student is not in a position to attend the course at the allocation time because of any valid reason and expecting to seek admission for future, we request the student to inform us of the cause to avoid the candidature rejection in the future.
For long-term courses and certifications, we may permit the selected students to remit their fee in multiple instalments. The maximum instalments offered by the school may be up to four only. The duration of such instalment will be only within the course duration. For example, if the duration of a course is 3 months and student is opting for 4 instalments, then the student shall complete all the instalment remittances within 3 months of time.
If the student makes remittence via credit/ debit cards, the same may be converted into Equated Monthly Instalment(EMI) options as per the credit/ debit card issued bank. The schemes, interests, payable EMIs and any other charges applicable shall be as per the rules and regulations of bank or card issuer. The school does not have any role in such payout options. Also, there may be transaction gateway charges applicable depending on the card used by the student for remittance. Please check with your card provider to know more about the EMI schemes available on your card.
We are working on Green Signature Certification Mandates to achieve zero paper usage by 2025 and hence we encourage people to use the e-Certificates with QR code verification facilities. To encourage the Green and sustainability initiatives, we are encouraging participants to use e-Certificates. Hence, we have enforced a nominal fee for the printed physical certificates with plastic lamination. We will use this fee for the nature protection activities and sustainable development initiatives as the compensation to nature.
